Terms and Conditions:

Booth sharing is not permitted. Exhibitors are not allowed to assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have representative products, signs, collateral or any other types of materials from any other business other than the one listed on this contract.

Booth rental fee includes one table within the specified space and chairs (min. 2)

 

Table linen is included in the rental and will be supplied at no additional cost.

A minimum deposit as outlined in the payment terms is required upon booking the booth(s)/Table(s). Payment in full is required by September 21st, 2018 for all purchase.

Failure to pay the balance due within the specified term may result in termination of the contract without refund of any amount paid or deposited.

The Exhibitor agrees to provide and offer product/services demonstration to the guest should they consent to participation.

The Exhibitor shall not force the participation of any guest that declines to participate.

Prizes provided to the show must be free of all obligations to the bride/groom.

All vendors providing prizes to the show must honor their commitment as stated in the prize.

Floor plans will be provided before October 8th, 2018 and is subjected to venue approval.

The Producers reserve the right to change table/booth assignment at any time (before and on the day of the show).

In addition, there will be an email blast to over 400 brides inviting them to the show. 

There will be FREE wine tasting for all brides.

Bon Fire Catering will be onsite providing FREE food samples to all who attend AND vendors

We encourage for all exhibitors to also promote on your own business websites and social media accounts.

When you register for the show your company logo will be added to www.unitedbridalshows.com EXHIBITORS PAGE, with a direct link to your website and on our Instagram and Facebook page.

Announcement and thank you to sponsors at the bridal show during the prize draws.

 

Exhibitors Prizes

Prize draws donated will be announced from your table.

All Brides will receive a passport to visit all vendors for a stamp or signature in order to be eligible for the grand prize.

All vendors will receive a Leads list after the show in an Excel format

Note: All prizes provided to the show must be free of any obligation to purchase services.

Please describe the prize in the space below and submit the prize certificate prior to the show.
